Official Giveaway Rules & Terms**
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Chris Leonard Racing LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Texas.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or olderat the time of entry.
The Promotion is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, including but not limited to:
New York
Florida
Employees, officers, members, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on a 01/13/2026 and ends on a date determined by Sponsor (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entries
Participants may receive entries by making purchases during the Promotion Period:

In-person purchases
Each $5.00 USD spent = one (1) entry.
Multiple entries allowed. No limit on entries.
B. Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten card that meets the following requirements:
Card size: 3” x 5” index card
Must be handwritten and legible
Must include:
Full Name
Mailing Address
Email Address
Phone Number
The handwritten phrase:
“I am entering the Chris Leonard Racing Giveaway.”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor before the drawing date.
Mail-in entries have equal odds of winning as purchase entries.
5. Prize Description
Main Prize
One (1) 2005 Ford Mustang GT
Optional Cash Prize
$5,000 USD (five thousand dollars)
Winner must choose ONE (1) prize only.
No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Prize Conditions
The vehicle is awarded AS-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Winner is solely responsible for:
Vehicle pickup in Texas
Transportation costs
Title transfer fees
Registration
Insurance
Taxes, if applicable
If the cash prize is selected, payment will be issued by Sponsor within a reasonable timeframe after winner verification.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
Winner will be notified via phone and/or email. If winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries
Technical issues or website errors
Any damage, injury, or loss arising from participation or acceptance of the prize
By entering, participants release Sponsor from all claims related to the Promotion.
11. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the Promotion or violating these Official Rules.
12. Governing Law
This Promotion shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Sponsor’s Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Facebook.
By participating, entrants release Instagram, Meta, and Facebook from any responsibility related to this Promotion.
