US domestic shipping
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
International shipping
We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. All international sales are final, and international orders can't be returned or exchanged.
Returns
Return Cost
Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, the customer pays return shipping.
30 Days to Return
US orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Parts that have been installed, modified, or raced can't be returned.
Returns and Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
FEAL suspension: Returned FEAL coilovers have a 10% restocking fee. Custom-valved FEAL kits have a 25% restocking fee.
WiseFab: WiseFab parts are sold for motorsports use only and come with no warranty. Returns have a 10% restocking fee.
